Il Poeta Gluten Free is the gluten-free potato gnocchi line. This line includes the 500g Il Poeta Gluten Free ambient version, Patabio Gluten Free, Benessere Naturale Quinoa, Benessere Naturale Corn, and Benessere Naturale Chicche.
The line also includes a fresh version, which includes the following products: the classic version, the tomato version, and the potato dumplings. These gnocchi are made from a blend of rehydrated potatoes, corn flour, and other ingredients. The result is a product with a soft yet full-bodied consistency, a straw-yellow color, and a delicate potato flavor.
